Understand

Brief and decision mapping.

We take the full briefing and study every drawing you send. Before any frame is planned, we agree on who will watch the film and the one decision it has to make easy for them.

Plan

Script, storyboard and animatic.

We turn the brief into a story: the site today, what changes, and why it matters. Every shot is drawn and timed, so you see the whole film before a single render starts.
